SEVENTEEN SKIN WOW! 3 WAY HIGHLIGHTER
I purchased this product way back in the summer with little intention of ever using it anywhere other than my cheekbones. It then proceeded to sit in my drawer for several months (the apparent solution for a broken pump) until I dug it out a couple of weeks back after seeing everyone rave about the L'Oreal Magique Primer which does - as far as I can tell - the exact same thing for a higher price tag. So it was off to prove a dupe and to attempt a dewy finish on my oily skin - a previous nightmare.
One pump spread evenly across the skin is all you need but be warned: it's not something you can us alone else you resemble somewhat of a shiny/sweaty/sparkly gym fairy. But under foundation it really does make you glow - without looking like a disco ball - in fact, I love it so much that it's lead to an entire change of my face makeup as I completely forgo my shimmery blush and highlight!
REVLON COLOURSTAY MAKEUP FOR COMBINATION/OILY SKIN // IVORY
Sometimes, you've just got to listen to the hype - even if I did hop onto the bandwagon a few months late! No other foundation has ever controlled my oily/combination skin quite like this - pale, long-wearing and matte - this foundation is a dream. But if you're like me and covet the occasional dewy finish just use it on top of Seventeen's Skin Wow 3 Way Highlighter.
MAC PRO LONGWEAR CONCEALER // NW20
Must I really rave about this again? it's quite simply the best concealer ever but it featured this month for helping me hide the zombie-like bags I've been carrying around with me from too many late nights or revision (...or Netflix).
COLLECTION LASTING PERFECTION CONCEALER // LIGHT
For those lighter days or when foundation alone doesn't cut it I adore this concealer as it's light, doesn't break me out and has fabulous coverage! (I won't bore you again by saying more - but if you want to hear me rave about this concealer some more, just search for it on my blog over there >).
