Tools: Fluffy Blending Brush
Too Faced Natural Eye Palette [Original] in Silk Teddy (lid) and Push Up (outer crease)
This a look I have been wearing a lot over the past week or so, it's a really soft and subtle - almost 'no makeup' look - that takes seconds to apply and looks effortlessly elegant. I tend to pair it with a warm nude lipstick such as MAC's Shy Girl or Rimmel Lasting Finish Lipstick by Kate in the shade 03. And because of the quality of the shadows, it looks just as good when I'm removing them as the minute they were applied!
What have you been wearing on your eyes this week?

These 5 minute microwave crisps are the perfect way to satisfy late night junk food cravings when the cupboards are bare - and, let’s face it, being a student that’s more often than not! They taste delicious and work out at a lot cheaper and healthier than your average bag of crisps. Plus they're super quick and easy to make and no mess, which saves on the washing up!
WARNING: If you make a batch of these you may end up making several thousand more for your friends!
I N G R E D I E N T S:
One medium baking potato (~1 portion)
Dash of salt
Drizzle of vegetable oil
E Q U I P M E N T:
Cheese or vegetable slicer
Two plastic food bags
M E T H O D:
1. Peel your potato and cut into quarters.
2. Start to cut thin and even slices of potato using a cheese or vegetable slicer (do not use a knife which can make your slices too thick to cook!) and place into a plastic food bag.
3. Add a drizzle of vegetable oil into the bag and give it a small shake to ensure that all of your potato slices are covered.
4. Remove the slices from the bag by turning it inside out onto a microwaveable plate and spread out a thin layer of potato slices, being careful not to overlap them. If you have too many slices, don’t worry you can always make another batch!
5. Cook for 4-5 minutes (based on an 850W microwave) or until brown and crispy. This is really important!
6. Whilst hot, scrape them off the plate taking care not to burn yourself and place into a second plastic food bag. Season to taste with salt and shake the bag before serving to evenly coat the crisps. You can either place them on a plate to serve or knot the bag for the perfect pre-lecture snack.
7. Get creative! You can and make many different flavoured crisps such as salt and vinegar, chip spice or even try apple slices topped with cinnamon for sweet treat!
Thanks to Curry's for asking me to be part of their Student Cookbook! Are you going to have a go at making these?

The atmosphere at Glastonbury would be ah-mazing! But I just don't think I would fare too well with the mud and complete and total lack of working toilets! So, maybe just a day pass then? I don't know, I feel like a festival would be the perfect vacation spot for me, the atmosphere is electric and the style eccentric and save for the fact that I know of maybe two or three major bands I could see myself really enjoying it if someone could just hand me some noise cancelling headphones, a fluffy blanket, a shower and maybe a hot cuppa tea...? (Sorry not sorry and please leave your music recommendations below!)

But hand's down, I think there's no question that it got my summer style down to a tee (she says sat in her new aztec print playsuit with wavy messy hair and floral crown...) you can see my Festival Style at New Look OOTD here!
What did you get in the quiz?

Returning home from Hull called for me to crack into the warm and fluffy blankets cupboard - oh yes, such things do exist - and pull out my latest caramel coloured addition. I really can't see myself leaving my bed this winter...
I seem to have an on and off relationship with early morning, for the past week or so I haven't really made it past eleven without my eyes snapping shut and my Game of Thrones audiobook beckoning me to bed. But last night, well last night... [see Depop]
Fruit tea! Need I explain to the veteran readers among you? I have been obsessed with fruit tea for months and months now and when I stopped off back home for the Yum Food Festival I made sure to pack myself a hamper from my tea chest to enjoy.
Mario Kart was the first video game I ever remember playing and where my love affair began, it's a shame that with fourteen years away from one another even a heap of Team Fortress 2 and Halo haven't improved my skills!
Ah Depop, after resiting you for so long I just had to have you. Last night's little 1am Deopop sesh left me with a few more makeup and fashion buys than a care to mention - until next week's haul, of course!
