Benefit Boi-ing Industrial-Strength Concealer

There's little I love more in the beauty world than a good quality concealer. Okay, so I lie, but what can I say? I'm a sucker for shiny things. Point being, a good concealer is a staple part of any girls warpaint bag and Benefit's Boi-ing Industrial-Strength Concealer is up there with the best of them.

First I apply my moisturiser, primer, foundation, as usual then tackle any areas of discoloration with my Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer - because this little guy is just awesome. It's then up to Benefit's Boi-ing Industrial-Strength Concealer in the shade 01 to tackle any remaining areas of redness or annoying little pimples hellbent on ruining my nice day.

I do find you have to warm up the product by swirling your finger across the pan for a few seconds before applying, not sure whether this is because I live in the North (much like Game of Thrones for those of you who live in warmer climates...). And then lightly dab it on using your index finger. I find it's miraculous at tackling under eye circles and spot treatment, rather than all over coverage like my Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer. Basically, if you're a student or prone to late nights - this one's for you.

When I initially  purchased it I was worried about was the price tag (£17.50), as my first Benefit product I was convinced that after three days I'd have hit pan and be bargaining with my bank account over my next pot. But, in actual fact, after a month of use I have hardly made a dent. I'll definitely be repurchasing this but I don't think I'll be making that trip anytime soon! Well, maybe just to window shop, there's no harm in that? Right...?

The only criticism I have is that the plastic packaging is does tend to attract a lot of stray fibres, as you can see by the photos, some which have become lodged in the concealer, though it's a small price to pay for having perfect looking skin.

Don't worry if it looks a little orange, I'm fair as can be and this is what I would class as one of the better matches! It blends seamlessly when rubbed in.
